As the Events Customer Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and account management functions delivering, accurate, creative, innovative and compelling programs in response to existing and new customer proposal briefs. You will work closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure all proposals exceed client expectations while also meeting business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Ensuring successful delivery of Request for Proposals and quotations including research, accurate and compelling content
  • Developing tailored proposals and detailed budgets that align with client needs, and project goals to support successful business outcomes
  • Driving supplier engagement through strategic negotiation, fostering innovation, and building collaborative partnerships to enhance value and deliver competitive solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience in events industry/group travel industry
  • Events operations experience
  • Sound knowledge of procurement, product and market trends and negotiating skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office - Excel and PPT
  • Experience in project management
