Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the Customer Solutions team with customer centricity at the foundation for ANZ
  • Report on field-based service contract KPI’s
  • Ensure the Customer Solutions team are meeting our contractual obligations
  • Combine field reports to create customer reviews
  • Develop and maintain field-based reporting
  • Optimise workflows through the Customer Solutions to maximise efficiencies
  • Work with Customer Excellence Business Unit Manager to develop new field-based offerings for customers such as service contracts
  • Met with customers to understand the market field-based needs

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in electronics, electrical engineering or biomedical engineering (with electrical subjects) are essential
  • Extensive knowledge of managing large field-based service teams minimum 5years preferred
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of biomedical equipment, including the operation of and use of biomedical test equipment
  • Strong electronic skills including understanding common circuits and component-level electronic troubleshooting skills
  • Technical equipment fault-finding skills is highly regarded
  • An understanding of hardware including modules, power supplies and control signal conventions
  • An understanding of imaging acquisition, common video/audio signal types, hardware and software modules is preferred
