A rapidly growing global financial technology platform is looking for a Customer Solutions Expert to join its Manchester-based Solutions Hub. You will be focused on helping people improve their financial wellbeing, working with high-quality inbound leads, innovative technology, and a supportive advisory team to deliver personalised financial solutions to customers.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with customers who have already expressed interest in a loan and provide guidance on the best options
Review customer details and recommend suitable loan products that meet their needs
Use internal systems and tools to match customers with the most appropriate financial solutions
Build rapport quickly and understand each customer’s goals to help them make confident financial decisions
Work towards and exceed individual sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience
Guide customers through each stage of the application process, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Requirements:
Experience in sales within a financial services/banking background is required
Knowledge of unsecured lending is beneficial
Motivation to work towards targets
Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills
