A rapidly growing global financial technology platform is looking for a Customer Solutions Expert to join its Manchester-based Solutions Hub. You will be focused on helping people improve their financial wellbeing, working with high-quality inbound leads, innovative technology, and a supportive advisory team to deliver personalised financial solutions to customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Engage with customers who have already expressed interest in a loan and provide guidance on the best options
  • Review customer details and recommend suitable loan products that meet their needs
  • Use internal systems and tools to match customers with the most appropriate financial solutions
  • Build rapport quickly and understand each customer’s goals to help them make confident financial decisions
  • Work towards and exceed individual sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience
  • Guide customers through each stage of the application process, ensuring everything runs smoothly

Requirements

  • Experience in sales within a financial services/banking background is required
  • Knowledge of unsecured lending is beneficial
  • Motivation to work towards targets
  • Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills
