The opportunity: You will act as the vital link between customers and internal sales, drafting, and production teams. Your goal is to ensure every order, quotation, and technical inquiry is handled with precision to deliver a seamless experience.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact, managing high-volume inquiries via phone and a busy service inbox
Raise product pricing and provide timely quotations in collaboration with the Business Development and General Management teams
Coordinate with Production Team Leaders to ensure full supply of orders and manage back-order timelines effectively
Handle accurate order entry and maintain detailed records within ERP system
Investigate complaints and troubleshoot complex manufacturing processes to find the best outcomes for the client
Requirements:
2–3 years in a customer-facing role within manufacturing, trade, mining, or civil industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience navigating ERP/CRM systems
