Job Responsibility

Perform machine break/fix activities for different machines at the customer's site
Implement territory work relating to customer inventory projects
Perform data collection at the customer's site
Ensure accurate information is collected to help direct the KeepStock implementation process
Perform implementation responsibilities for new customers or new services
Assist customers with staging, labeling and organizing product at a customer site
Complete product relocation and discontinuation process
Will cover PTO and will have route based responsibilities and activities when needed
Actively listens, ask questions, effectively communicates, and fully engages to provide the best customer experience

Bachelor’s degree in robotics, engineering, or related field desired. Alternatively, an associate degree and/or relevant certifications with at least five years of relevant professional experience will be considered.
2+ years of engineering experience, preferably with electromechanical focus in a warehouse automation setting
Industrial design experience (electrical or mechanical), and ability to generate CAD models or electrical drawings (Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD is a plus)
Ability to read specification sheets and purchase necessary mechanical and electrical components from suppliers
Experience in the safeguarding, maintenance, and manipulation of industrial robots
100% rotating travel between local facilities, with ability to work off-shifts (including weekends) as required by project demands, allowing you to provide onsite support and engage with customers effectively
Hands-on experience with six and seven-axis robot arm task creation, conveyor belt systems, industrial sensors, industrial laser cutting, CNC, etc.
Coding proficiency in C++, Python, and other languages using Linux, PLC experience
Work experience in design, research, and/or development in a manufacturing related company

Job Responsibility

Set up industrial robots, demo cells, end effectors, cameras, lighting, compressed air, robot controllers, and vision systems
Execute robot systems demos for customers
Provide support for systems deployed to remote customer sites
Support installation and configuration of Mujin controller and other equipment at customer sites
Design custom metal parts for fabrication such as robot hands, robot cells, robot pedestals, demo frames, camera mounting plates, vacuum gripper parts, etc.
