Job Description:

This is a field-based role that involves extensive travel within designated areas of Kochi to conduct quality checks (QC) and update information related to ongoing or recently completed surveys, primarily focused on water connections. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or anyone looking to start their career in a role that combines technical data verification with direct public interaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Field Quality Check (QC): Independently visit homes and establishments within assigned areas of Kochi to verify the accuracy of previously collected survey data regarding water connections
  • Use provided digital tools to compare reported data with on-the-ground reality
  • Verify crucial details such as connection status, meter readings, property details, and consumer information
  • Data Updation: Collect any missing or updated information directly from residents or property owners on-site
  • Accurately record and input all verified and updated data into the company's system in real-time or soon after the visit
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as a professional representative of the company, interacting politely and clearly explaining the purpose of the visit to residents
  • Address basic customer queries related to the survey process or data collection with clarity and patience
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure all fieldwork is completed within set daily targets and deadlines
  • Submit daily reports detailing work progress, QC findings, and any challenges encountered in the field
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and ethical data collection standards
