Job Responsibility

  • Manage client projects from initial enquiry through to production, delivery and invoicing
  • Understand and take ownership of all aspects of assigned projects
  • Prepare quotations and manage pricing to maximise profitability while maintaining competitiveness
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of projects through production
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials and outsourced products are delivered on time
  • Produce detailed work instructions and project documentation
  • Organise project briefings with internal teams and external suppliers where required
  • Work closely with Design, Graphics and Planning teams to ensure project requirements are achieved
  • Source materials and manage procurement activities in line with project timelines
  • Coordinate warehousing, transport and delivery schedules
  • Work with Finance to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
  • Troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
  • Provide end-to-end ownership and accountability for project delivery

Requirements

  • Previous project management experience within a manufacturing, packaging, print or related environment
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost management experience
  • Ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
