Our client is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to provide outstanding service to members and play a key role in supporting insurance-related processes.

Job Responsibility:

Process Claims: Handle sickness and life insurance claims with care and accuracy
Deliver Excellent Customer Support: Respond to member enquiries via phone, email, and post
Provide Product Information: Offer guidance on services and policies
Manage Transactions: Process direct debits and maintain data accuracy

Requirements:

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role
Insurance Knowledge: Desirable but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organisation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
