Job Description:

At Bravissimo, we are dedicated to doing the best for our customers. Each of our customer service consultants is responsible for helping this to happen. Day to day the job involves answering telephones, responding to live chat messages and having video fitting calls; giving expert fitting and style advice to customers across our product ranges, which includes lingerie, swimwear, and nightwear. You will also process orders on our computer system and answer customer emails and social media messages.
