Job Description:

Dynamic role assisting customers across Order & Collection Point, handling returns, assisting with IKEA's services, or processing payments at checkouts in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibility:

Resolve customer complaints using knowledge, resilience and problem-solving skills
Ensure accurate handling of all returned products
Support customers experiencing difficulties in product assembly
Order and exchange spare parts
Use the till to accurately register products and process payments
Process returns at the returns desk

Requirements:

Take initiative
Juggle several responsibilities at once
Value teamwork
Complete assignments without direct supervision
Customer first mindset
Computer literate
Able to work with technology
Confidence to maintain composure and patience when dealing with a variety of customers and complex complaints
