Job Description

We’re looking for a Plumbing & Heating Customer Services Assistant to join the team at our Diss branch. Our sales people thrive on great conversations, building lasting relationships, and driving branch success.

Job Responsibility

Building connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard, providing expert advice
Creating tailored solutions by preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing leads
Keeping things running smoothly by managing essential admin efficiently
Offering guidance with up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best plumbing & heating materials
Enhancing the shopping experience by maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays
Collaborating across the branch with colleagues, including yard and counter sales, to support the team

Requirements

Previous customer service experience
Sales experience in a plumbing & heating environment (preferred but not essential)
Strong time keeping
Natural organisation
Clear communication skills
Attention to detail
Driven
