Customer Services Assistant

• Dealing with inbound enquiries from customers and pricing/chasing/winning orders
• Processing incoming orders through our brand-new Ecommerce website
• Responding to enquiries and tracking orders
• Communicating with key stakeholders right up to delivery
• Providing excellence in customers’ experience from pricing, offering technical knowledge, ordering, distribution & after-sale care
• Delivering effective and efficient Sales and Distribution
• Minimising customer queries and complaints
• Working with customers, operations and transport teams via telephone and email to coordinate delivery
• Driving the highest standards of customer service
• Optimizing our commercial performance

• Customer service experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to build rapport quickly
• Good attention to detail
• Efficient multi-tasker

Existing experience or knowledge of the building products industry
