Follow weekly bake plan and use waste tracker to ensure availability through managing waste and sales.
Complete Planogram implementation and correct ticketing checks several times per day including trading safely and legally pricing and allergen signage.
Clean as you go ensuring due diligence is completed, that daily and weekly tasks and action taken where there are gaps/errors.
