Job Description:

Exciting and varied role in a fast paced and fun environment. Work with an amazing mix of customers and colleagues while mastering coffee making and barista skills. Part of a welcoming team delivering service and store experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver the best service and store experience to customers
  • Proactively engage with the local community
  • Build expert knowledge of food and drink range
  • Keep the shop well stocked, clean, and organized (behind and in front of counter, shop floor, toilets)
  • Look after Health and Safety of customers, colleagues, and yourself

Requirements:

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work in an environment with frequent audits and due diligence requirements
  • Flexibility to work across a seven-day opening with various shift patterns
  • Previous experience as a Barista is beneficial but not essential
