Business Support is a vital role within Agilisys, and this role will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our clients' administration environments. Opportunity to work within the Children’s Social Care Business Support Team. Required to support a range of services as part of a wider team delivering administrative support to teams of Social Worker and families in North Somerset.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reception Cover (3 days per week at our Portishead Office Mon-Wed)
  • Minute Taking
  • Diary Management
  • Data inputting
  • Application processing
  • Handling and resolving queries
  • Collation and presentation of conference reports
  • Liaising with customers internally and externally
  • Finance
  • Variety of administrative tasks
  • Inbox management
  • Updating of the LCS (Children’s Social Care) system
  • Reception cover across multiple sites as and when required
  • Work flexibly to support various general administrative tasks across the team

Requirements:

  • Administration background/experience or an interest in progressing into an administrative role
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office primarily Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Excellent keyboard skills
