Shoe Zone has an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our customer services team based at our Head Office in Leicester. You will join us on a part time (22.5 hours), permanent basis. Working within our fast paced and hardworking Customer Services Team, you will handle all day-to-day enquiries from our online customers and stores assistance to ensure the best possible outcomes and see each query through to its conclusion.
Job Responsibility:
Resolving email and live chat enquiries
Answering customer telephone calls
Responding with customer queries on social media liaising with couriers to resolve delivery enquiries

Requirements:
GCSE Level 4/Grade C or above in Maths and English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous Customer Service and/or retail experience is desirable
Friendly, enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Cheerful and confident manner
Positive, professional and calm telephone manner
