Job Responsibility:
Deliver a first time resolution for all customer contacts received via web portal, email, letter, live chat and telephone
Ensure outcomes and responses to customers meet defined brand standards
Handle sensitive customer information confidentially while adhering to PCI compliance
Make outbound calls to customers to resolve contacts quickly and fairly
