Job Responsibility:
Ensure delivery of a first-class and professional front-line service by telephone, face to face, web chat and email
Manage calls and handle a variety of requests, including complex enquiries about council services such as benefits, Council Tax, refuse and recycling
Complete majority of calls and enquiries from end-to-end without handing over to back-offices
Requirements:
Previous experience within a fast-paced call centre or similar telephony-based environment
