An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Customer Services Adviser. As part of a dedicated team, working in a highly pressurised environment, as a Customer Services Adviser, you will ensure the delivery of a first-class and professional front-line service mainly by telephone.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure the delivery of a first-class and professional front-line service mainly by telephone
Manage calls and handle a variety of requests, including complex enquiries about council services, such as benefits, Council Tax, refuse and recycling
Complete the majority of calls from end to end without the need for handing over to back-offices
Requirements:
Previous experience within a fast-paced call centre or similar telephony-based environment is essential
Excellent communicator
Accurate IT skills
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
Committed to providing excellent customer service
Friendly and diplomatic with good communication skills
Enjoy working with the public
