We are seeking a highly dedicated Customer Services Administrator who can confidently deliver excellent customer service to our customers and provide internal support to our product sales consultants by resolving non-product related issues. Please note that this position is based in the office, so you will need to be within a reasonable commuting distance of Guildford.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure all customer after-sales issues are dealt with according to Andertons standards of excellence and within agreed time targets
Provide support to the sales team in pre/post-related activities
Administrative support to the sales team and help cover additional administrative tasks
Resolve courier issues and process refunds and exchanges
Requirements:
Active listening skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task
Clear and articulate telephone manner
A high attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
Be adaptable and resourceful in coming up with good solutions to any customer problems
Ability to stay calm and take ownership of and be accountable for resolving customer issues
