Job Description:

Temporary Customer Services Administrator role with a leading specialist in financial products. The position involves achieving financial and non-financial targets through customer engagement and administrative support.

Job Responsibility:

Engaging with customers and prospects to provide product information and support through application process
Building relationships with customers, answering queries, and addressing new product and renewal inquiries
Processing new business applications and ISA transfers while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Handling inbound and outbound calls with accuracy and professionalism
Maintaining detailed records through data input and scanning of correspondence
Collaborating with Field Team to enhance knowledge of Police affinity group
Assisting with service improvement initiatives and additional duties assigned by CEO

Requirements:

Strong customer service background
Excellent communication skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office
Results-driven mindset with excellent time management skills
Ability to adapt to fluctuations in workload and work effectively as part of a team
