Job Responsibility
Answer inbound & outbound calls, helping customers with maintenance requests
Book & schedule contractors for on-site jobs
Keep customers & contractors in the loop with regular updates
Process invoices & finalise completed jobs
Tackle general admin tasks to keep projects on track
Requirements
A confident communicator with great people skills
Organised, reliable, and ready to learn
Solid Microsoft Office skills
