Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will take ownership of local customer order management and provide logistics support to the sales team. This is a hands-on, varied role that sits at the centre of the operation. Day to day, you will process and manage customer orders end to end, coordinate warehouse stock releases and local transport, and liaise with third-party warehouses and transport companies to ensure deliveries are on time. You will keep customers and the sales team informed throughout, ensure documentation is accurate, and support the team with back orders and customer forecasts. Alongside the logistics and customer service responsibilities, you will also assist with general reception and office administration duties.
Job Responsibility
