We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service team member to join our team in the Trevose, Pennsylvania area. This role is essential for ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams, while maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships, managing accounts, and addressing customer needs with precision and care.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitate effective communication with customers to address inquiries and concerns promptly
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust
Monitor customer accounts, managing processes from order placement to invoicing
Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently, keeping management informed of potential challenges
Collaborate with the team to align customer goals with company objectives and capabilities
Assist with new product development initiatives in coordination with the Project Manager
Provide accurate updates on order and billing statuses during weekly sales meetings
Utilize internal systems to execute job-related tasks, including tracking artwork and managing packaging records
Follow up on emails and other communications in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations
Ensure all procedures and quality standards are consistently met
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
Minimum of two years of experience in account management or customer service
Manufacturing/distribution industry a big plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, databases, and spreadsheets
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while taking initiative independently
