Job Description:

A fast-growing third-party-logistics company with a dynamic, diverse and hard-working team is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join their operations team.

Job Responsibility:

Receive inbound requests from customers and process requests
Assign loads to carriers, optimizing routes and ensuring cost-efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure reliable service
Proactively address delays, route deviations, or other disruptions in transit
Keep clients informed with regular updates on shipment status
Maintain strong relationships with account assigned

Requirements:

Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination
Familiarity with 3PL operations or brokerage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
