Requirements:
Customer Communication & Service Excellence — Delivers prompt, professional support with a helpful, solutions‑focused approach
Problem‑Solving & Issue Resolution — Identifies needs quickly, troubleshoots effectively, and escalates when needed
Organization & Multitasking — Manages multiple customer requests while maintaining accurate notes and updates
Experience with CRM or support platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
Strong typing, data entry, and documentation accuracy
Proficiency with communication tools (Teams, Zoom, email systems, chat tools)
