Job Description:

Temporary Customer Service Support role focused on enhancing customer happiness, boosting retention, and driving revenue expansion through direct engagement with platinum customers via outbound calls and follow-up on service team sales opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Exceed customer expectations in every interaction
Follow up on opportunities generated from service teams
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to identify needs and provide solutions
Manage and nurture platinum customer accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell growth
Monitor account health, data cleanliness, operational efficiency, and satisfaction
Serve as trusted advisor and advocate for customers
Use insights and customer feedback to enhance service quality
Accurately record all customer interactions in CRM system
Regularly update customer account information

Requirements:

Proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience in call handling or customer service is a plus

Nice to have:

Experience in call handling or customer service
