Job Description:

Temporary Customer Service Support role focused on enhancing customer happiness, boosting retention, and driving revenue expansion through direct engagement with platinum customers via outbound calls and follow-up on service team sales opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Exceed customer expectations in every interaction
  • Follow up on opportunities generated from service teams
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to identify needs and provide solutions
  • Manage and nurture platinum customer accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell growth
  • Monitor account health, data cleanliness, operational efficiency, and satisfaction
  • Serve as trusted advisor and advocate for customers
  • Use insights and customer feedback to enhance service quality
  • Accurately record all customer interactions in CRM system
  • Regularly update customer account information

Requirements:

  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in call handling or customer service is a plus
