Job Responsibility

  • Maintain service quality standards by communicating clearly, listening actively, and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Experience with order entry and updating customer information accurately in internal systems.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly to customers.
  • Comfortable managing both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced support environment.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach to issue resolution.
