Job Description

Our Customer Service department supports our customers during the full customer journey of selling their car. From finding a suitable date for an on-site evaluation to managing a seamless sale of a financed or leased vehicle. As a Customer Service Agent you are the first point of contact for our customers. You guide them through the whole process and prepare them for their appointment at one of our 23 locations in France. Together with the team, you focus on customer satisfaction and creating the best possible customer experience. With your friendly and professional approach, you ensure not only great service and happy customers, but also increased numbers of purchased cars.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for all inbound and outbound customer contact for French customers and help them with any questions
  • Contact customers who’ve booked an appointment to ensure they know what to expect and what to bring
  • Actively work on always improving our customer experience
  • Handle any possible complaints and create the best possible solution

Requirements

  • Speak, read, and write French at a native level
