Job Responsibility:
Supervise and guide a team of five customer service representatives, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
Oversee the complete order processing cycle, from entry to fulfillment, while identifying areas for improvement
Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline communication and ensure seamless operations
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to support skill development
Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of customer service processes and workflows
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all customer service activities
Prepare and analyze reports related to customer service metrics and team performance
Participate in recruiting and training efforts to build a strong customer service team
Act as a liaison between the team and management, facilitating clear communication and reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service management or a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of order entry and fulfillment processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
Proficiency in call center operations and customer service practices
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis related to customer service
