We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead daily support operations for a Contract position based in El Dorado Springs, Missouri. Job Responsibility
Direct day-to-day activities of the customer service team to support productivity, service quality, and response time goals
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to representatives to strengthen team effectiveness and customer interactions
Monitor call center workflows and staffing needs to help ensure smooth operations throughout each shift
Address escalated customer concerns with professionalism, working toward prompt and practical solutions
Review service metrics and team performance data to identify trends and recommend operational improvements
Promote strong customer care practices by reinforcing service expectations and accountability across the team
Partner with leadership and internal teams to communicate priorities, resolve service issues, and support ongoing process updates
Requirements
Previous experience supervising employees in a customer service or call center environment
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and support day-to-day operations
Strong background in customer service with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience
Experience handling escalated issues and making sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff
Proficiency in monitoring workflow, service levels, and operational performance
