Customer Service Supervisor

• Manage and guide a team of custodians to maintain efficient operations across campuses
• Develop and implement schedules to ensure balanced workloads and seamless coordination
• Conduct training sessions for custodial staff, including instruction on basic software tools
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Travel between campuses to oversee operations, with transportation arranged by the employer
• Collaborate with the Director of Facilities to align custodial services with organizational goals
• Address any operational challenges and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, training, and team performance
• Promote a safe and organized work environment for all custodial personnel

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within facilities, custodial services, or related fields
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear instructions to team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer software and willingness to train staff on its use
• Commitment to maintaining high standards in custodial operations
• Ability to travel between campuses as required for the role
