We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a call center team in Pennsylvania. This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership with a customer-focused approach and can help drive appointment-setting efforts through outbound calling. The person in this role will guide daily team activity, support service quality, and help create a positive experience for customers while meeting business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day call center operations and provide direction to staff handling customer interactions and outbound outreach
Coach team members on effective communication techniques, customer service standards, and appointment-setting best practices
Monitor call activity, team productivity, and service performance to help ensure goals are achieved consistently
Assist with outbound calling efforts to schedule free estimate appointments and support sales-related follow-up activity
Address escalated customer concerns professionally and work with the team to resolve issues in a timely manner
Help maintain scheduling coverage and contribute to a smooth workflow across permanent and part-time team members
Reinforce quality expectations and provide ongoing feedback to strengthen team performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience supervising or leading employees in a call center or customer service environment
Strong background in customer service with the ability to handle escalations and support a high-quality customer experience
Demonstrated ability to manage team performance, provide coaching, and promote accountability
Comfortable making and overseeing outbound calls related to appointment setting and sales support
Excellent verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, service-oriented approach
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Availability to support a Monday through Friday schedule, with flexibility to work in either a permanent or part-time capacity
