We are a well-established manufacturing business specialising in the production of calendars and diaries. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our Bristol-based team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is fully on site and plays a key part in ensuring smooth customer service operations and order fulfilment.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise and support the customer service team
Manage customer enquiries and maintain strong client relationships
Process and oversee customer orders from receipt to dispatch
Check stock availability and liaise with production teams
Coordinate manufacturing schedules with customer demand
Maintain accurate records and internal systems
Ensure consistently high levels of customer service
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Experience in a supervisory or team leader role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident handling orders, stock checks, and customer interactions
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
