Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of Arcade Hosts to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple skill games kiosks, ensuring they are fully staffed, stocked, and guest‑ready
  • Engage with guests and maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere throughout the arcade
  • Monitor performance and drive revenue, supporting the team to meet daily targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and operational procedures
  • Handle machine or kiosk issues, escalating to management or maintenance when required
  • Support training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, including cleanliness, signage, and prize displays
