Job Description:

Join Our Team: Customer Service Superstar. Location: St Laurent, Industry: Transport and Warehousing (3PL). Are you a people-person who loves solving problems and keeping things moving? Do you get a kick out of helping customers and making their logistics experience smooth and stress-free? If you’re ready to be the friendly voice behind the freight, we want you on our 3PL customer service team!

Job Responsibility:

Handle the day-to-day incoming requests for warehouse orders
Act as a point of contact for client requests, resolve issues related to shipping, inventory discrepancies, or delivery problems, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensure proper documentation for all shipments (e.g., invoices, packing slips, shipping labels) is accurate and up-to-date
Provide regular reports on shipment status, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency to management
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Warehouse, dispatch, and logistics team to align clients needs and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3PL warehousing / logistics setting
Strong customer service skills
English with a working professional French is required
Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office, PC Miller and Truckmate (Asset).
