Job Description

We are currently recruiting an energetic, results-focused post-secondary student to join our team! This position offers an opportunity to gain experience and to learn more about our Operations team, the Company, and the industry. We are looking to fill roles in the following Operations area: Customer Service.

Job Responsibility

  • Order tracing
  • Order entry
  • Appointment booking
  • Various other assignments including website updates and other tasks as assigned
  • Regional network development
  • Communication between all Terminals as well as customers

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education with a focus on any combination of Supply Chain, Management, or Business Administration with a graduation date past Dec 2027
  • Ability to work independently and work effectively as a team player
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • embraces the concept of both the internal and external customer
  • Flexibility to meet changing work needs and demands
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, deadline oriented, high volume and fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
