We're on the hunt for the next Customer Service Representative to join a renowned company specializing in personal protective equipment. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic, bilingual environment, this opportunity is for you! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, sales representatives, and end-users across Canada. You'll play a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a high volume of incoming calls from clients, sales representatives, and end-users
Respond to emails and client inquiries regarding product information, order statuses, and other questions
Generate quotes for clients and obtain necessary pricing from product management
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving product offerings
Provide superior customer service by building strong relationships with existing clients and business partners
Proactively resolve customer issues to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of relevant customer service experience
Proficiency in French and English (essential bilingualism)
Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Practical knowledge of an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Nice to have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Strong operational capabilities and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
An exceptional focus on customer service and keen attention to client requests
Ability to effectively manage stress in a fast-paced environment
