We are actively looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a skilled, dynamic team and make remarkable impact. In this exciting position, you will focus on order handling and delivering excellent client satisfaction.
Job Responsibility
Manages the call center and e-mail
Provides telephone customer service, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction
Handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within timeframes and follows up to confirm resolution of any issues
Registers and maintains electronically the file of orders & invoices and issues documents, in an ERP environment
Maintains constant communication with customers and supports the network of Sellers, in matters of offers, orders, loading, invoicing and returns and manages the above in accordance with the Company's procedures and in the best possible way
Generates sales opportunities and actively participates in the achievement of commercial goals
Maintains daily communication with the 3PL Partner and ensures timely and correct delivery of orders to customers
Requirements
AEI/TEI degree in Business Administration
2-3 year of experience in Customer Service and Ordering positions
Excellent PC skills & knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Soft1)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
