Customer service specialist

• Serves as the primary point of contact for sales and customer service inquiries from the company’s clients
• Responsible for facilitating the sale of distributed parts and services across all customer segments
• Engages with customers daily through phone, fax, email, electronic data interfaces, and in-person interactions
• Informs sales management or colleagues about potential sales opportunities related to discounts and pricing with customers
• Capable of making immediate decisions regarding sales pricing for products, as directed, even when such changes require approvals
• Prepares and presents customer quotes, processes orders, and finalizes sales
• Assists sales management in executing sales promotions and marketing initiatives

• Minimum of a diploma or high school degree or equivalent
• At least 2-4 years of experience in customer service and sales of aircraft parts and related products
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both functional and technical teams while delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade customers
• Experience supervising a team is advantageous
• Familiarity with SAP, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects is a plus
