We are seeking resilient, detail-oriented professionals to join our Business Banking team in South Eveleigh. This is a high-energy, fast-paced contract role where you will be the face of the bank for our business clients. Location: South Eveleigh, Sydney. Start Date: April, 2 month contract. Pay Rate: $37.13 per hour + Super. Hours: Full-time (38 hours/week). Schedules are provided with 1 month’s notice for consistency. Hybrid Flexibility: 50/50 split between office and home (following successful completion of training).
Job Responsibility:
Handling high-volume, back-to-back calls from business customers
Answering queries regarding general business accounts, corporate cards, and digital banking
Managing customer complaints and navigating complex emotions with empathy and professionalism
Maintaining focus and quality while managing a consistent flow of incoming calls
Ensuring high attention to detail when updating records and processing requests
