Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via email
Provide real-time support via live chat
Ensure every traveler’s journey runs smoothly
Work with different chat applications
Answer traveler's questions quickly and efficiently
Participate in a 32-hour training program starting on February 23rd
Work occasional weekends to help deliver world-class support seven days a week
Requirements:
Excellent writing and speaking skills in English
Accurate with a keen eye for detail
Have a valid work permit in the Netherlands, a BSN, an IBAN, and currently residing in the Netherlands
Available to start with the training on the 23th of February
Have no holiday plans in the months: June, July and August
Available to work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday
Available to work at least 16 hours during weekend days per month
