Job Description

This role exists to aiming to ensure customers' optimal stock levels, product availability and effective coordination with Demand Planning to meet customer demand. Job Responsibility

Perform daily order planning process
Create and manage orders in alignment with Demand Planning
Identify stock risks (out-of-stock/overstock) and take proactive actions
Work closely with planning teams to align supply plans with operational needs
Monitor service performance by tracking losses and taking preventive actions to avoid recurrence
Maintain accuracy of master data in relevant systems
Monitor order lifecycle including blocked orders, delivery delays and escalations
Coordinate urgent shipments with Logistics and Warehouse
Support resolution of claim related issues
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure of operational issues
Contribute to automation projects
Support continuous improvement and data visibility initiatives
