Our client, a fantastic family-run business that manufactures & supplies high-quality products to the commercial horticultural industry internationally, is seeking a permanent sales administrator to complement their team. We are looking for a friendly, helpful and customer-focused individual, ideally with previous export and shipping/supplier administration experience, who would love to work for a friendly, progressive and humble organisation. In this role, you will help support the sales team in order processing, logistics, data entry and other general administration.
Job Responsibility
Preparing and issuing quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and delivery notes
Organising transport and logistics for deliveries to customers
Co-ordinating order and shipping/delivery planning
Keeping customers updated on the status of their order
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
Data reporting
Proof reading marketing materials
Attending and assisting tradeshows
Organising team meetings
Requirements
Must have fluent English / Spoken French
ideally with previous export and shipping/supplier administration experience
