Manage a portfolio of Inbound and Outbound calls and correspondence, ensuring everything is handled with care, within set SLAs, and according to company standards

follow thoughtful processes and techniques to support revenue-driving initiatives, always with a focus on delivering consistent and meaningful results

Requirements:
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric role is essential, with a background in navigating complex organizations being a valuable asset
you are comfortable working in a phone based role within a structured, KPI driven environment
you have a natural ability to interpret and analyse complex information, drawing meaningful insights and thoughtfully considering all options to make informed decisions
you excel at building and nurturing strong relationships with both customers and stakeholders, making others feel heard and valued
highly organized and skilled in prioritizing, you can easily balance multiple tasks and demands with strong attention to detail
