Job Description:

Customer Service Specialist role in manufacturing industry, serving as primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and strengthening lasting relationships

Job Responsibility:

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Proactively identify customer pain points
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally

Requirements:

2+ years in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry
High school diploma required
associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Working knowledge of customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, order systems, or supply chain management is highly desirable

Nice to have:
