Job Description:

Fritz&Muller is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a major global player in the food industry. Based in the logistics heart of Europe, you will manage complex international accounts, requiring a deep understanding of the ingredients market and mastery of the English and French languages.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage order follow-ups and logistics documentation for high-volume accounts across Europe
  • Ensure data accuracy within SAP and manage client relationships through Salesforce
  • Handle all correspondence and negotiations in English and French
  • Control documentation required by international authorities and clients
  • Identify and resolve delivery or quality incidents efficiently

Requirements:

  • Advanced/Bilingual English AND French (Mandatory)
  • Previous experience in the Food Ingredients sector is highly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is essential
  • Strong experience in administrative back-office functions
  • Possession of a car and valid driver’s license to access the facility
