Job Description:

Are you a customer service specialist with experience in the insurance industry looking for the next step in your career? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy providing outstanding support to clients? If so, we have an exciting contract-to-permanent opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, policyholders, and other stakeholders by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Leverage your insurance industry expertise to assist with policy changes, billing questions, claims processes, and other insurance-related matters
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
Actively listen to customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery and identify areas for operational improvement

Requirements:

1–3 years of customer service experience within the insurance industry, including familiarity with claims, policies, or underwriting processes
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Detail-oriented with excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
