Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional experience
Process orders, returns, and account updates with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, billing) to ensure customer needs are met
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service or client-facing experience
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
experience with CRM systems is a plus
