Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Bergen County, New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional support to customers. You will play an integral part in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Process customer orders accurately, including entering insurance information and recommending suitable products
coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
maintain detailed and organized documentation, including patient records and related files
address customer concerns and troubleshoot issues, escalating complex problems as necessary
perform general administrative tasks and provide clerical support to the team
apply knowledge of healthcare processes and terminology to address customer needs effectively
ensure consistent and attentive communication with customers via phone, email, and other channels
collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service procedures and workflows
stay updated on company systems and tools to deliver accurate and timely assistance

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
strong verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual proficiency highly preferred
ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
detail-oriented approach with a focus on providing solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction
quick learner who can adapt to new software systems and tools
knowledge of orthopedics or related healthcare fields is beneficial
proven ability to handle customer inquiries in a call center or similar environment
